World Football Update
Feature Matches
This week we feature a full lineup of send off Friendlies for our respective National Teams, including the USMNT's final tuneup against Nigeria Saturday afternoon! We also have a very special event planned for Saturday night at the Lions, with former USMNT player Steve Trittschuh presenting a World Cup 90' Slide Show prior to the Colorado Rapids taking on Dallas! After the match we are all heading over to Denver Film Society to enjoy a special screening of the infamous football flick "Escape to Victory"! This is part of Denver's first ever World Football in Film Festival ( The festival kicks off Thursday night, and extends throughout the weekend!
The Colorado Rapids are at home to Chicago mid week (7pm Wed), in their last home match before the World Cup break! The Rapids are coming off two big home wins, and will be keen to lock up another three points at DSG.  This will be the second of three matches in a week, with the team heading to Dallas on the weekend!
