Feature Matches

We kick things off this week with action from the EPLCopa del Rey, and the Algarve Cup!  Aston Villa is in a fight for their EPL lives, as they host West Brom on Tuesday afternoon.  While the Saints look to stop their fall from grace in their encounter with Crystal Palace.  Wednesday can only be described as an epic football day.  We kick the day off with Villareal facing Barcelona in the second leg of the Copa del Rey Semifinals, and the USWNT vNorway in the Algarve Cup.  This is followed by no less than seven EPL matches, with all the major clubs in action.  The day finishes with the second Copa del Rey Semi!

Friday we open an hour early to cover the USWNT match versus Switzerland in the Algarve Cup.  Then Friday night we have MLS' First Kick of 2015, as the L.A. Galaxy host theChicago Fire!

The weekend brings us FA Cup 6th Round (Quarterfinals) action, both Saturday and Sunday morning.  Aston Villa and West Brom meet for the second time in a week, and Liverpool take on the Blackburn Rovers for a spot in the Semi's.  The weekend's FA Cup action wraps up Monday afternoon with a classic, Manchester United v Arsenal at Old Trafford!

There is plenty of MLS from around the league all weekend, but the highlight for Colorado fans falls Saturday afternoon at 2pm, as the Colorado Rapids kick off the 2015 season away to the Philadelphia Union!  The Pub will be hosting an away game viewing party to kick off the season, so wear your burgandy colors as we support our hometown Club!

The MLS has added two new Clubs, Orlando City & New York City FC, bringing the league to twenty teams.  These two teams will clash Sunday afternoon in their inaugural match, with marquee players David Villa, KaKa, and Robinho making their league debuts!

On the Horizon

Next week Champions League and Europa League return mid week.  The Algarve Cup continues for the USWNT, as they tune up for the Women's World Cup.  We celebrate St. Patrick's Saturday with plenty of great football and beer!
