United v City at the British Bulldog
A 6:30am Sunday morning start didn't deter supporters of both Manchester clubs from making it to the British Bulldog for the Mancunian derby. This week MCFC Denver, their members clad in the sky blue of City, took up a sport near the middle of the bar. The Colorado Red Devils located themselves at the back of the bar & like last week, decorated their area with balloons & flags.

The match was a chaotic affair with United's Chris Smalling being sent of for a 2nd yellow card on 39 minutes. It took City until the 63rd minute to make their man advantage count when when Yaya Toure's pass cleared space on the left flank for Gael Clichy, whose cross was met expertly by Aguero, pulling away from defenders to flash a powerful finish high past De Gea in the United goal. The score remained at 1-0 & the fact that this was not an unexpected result shows how far Manchester City have come in the last 20 years.

With the sun now up & well into Sunday morning, a group of supporters from both sides decided to continue the festivities at a local craft brewery. Rivalries aside, it is a 'Sunday Funday' after all.

Both sets of fans went on a brwery tour together.

After a long morning, time for some sleep.
